Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AXN Global. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Original labels and tags must be intact
- All accompanying accessories must be included
- Items must show no signs of use, damage, or wear
- Original packaging must be undamaged
- Sealed products must remain sealed where applicable
THE AXN SRL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Any gifts or promotional items received with the order must also be returned.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from:
- The date you (or a designated third party) receive physical possession of the product
- For multi-shipment orders: the date you receive the final product
- For orders with multiple batches: the date you receive the final batch
How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the expiration of the withdrawal period via:

- Any clear, unambiguous written statement expressing your intention to withdraw from the contract
Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notification. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. If the original payment method is unavailable, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the products, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are perishable or have a short expiration date
- Sealed products related to health or hygiene that have been opened after delivery
- Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Customized or personalized products made to the customer’s specifications
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
