Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to 42 countries. Lead times vary by product and supplier — typically 7–30 business days from order confirmation. Consolidated freight is available for multi-supplier orders.

Returns & Refunds

All orders are protected by Trade Assurance. If products do not match the agreed specifications, buyers are eligible for a full refund. Disputes must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

Quality Assurance

Every supplier in our marketplace is verified. We offer pre-shipment inspection services and third-party QC checks upon request.

Order Minimum

There is no minimum order requirement on AXN Global. Volume discounts are available at 100+ and 500+ units.
